Return and Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges for some clothing items (excluding custom-made and special items) within one week of receipt.
Return shipping labels are not provided; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned orders will incur a 15% store fee and the initial shipping cost will be deducted.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please include the original order information with your return.
Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges. Please contact our customer service team for detailed exchange procedures.
Handling Damaged Packages:
If your package is damaged during transit, please provide photos of the damaged items immediately and contact our customer service team.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made products and special items (such as limited editions or personalized goods) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
